The staff were helpful and provided useful information about local attractions, restaurants, and even cultural events happening in the area-enabling me to dive deeper into the city's rich culture. A special mention goes to a staff member who went above and beyond to return a piece of jewelry I accidentally left behind. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, providing a comfortable base after a day of exploration. the hotel's commitment to eco-friendliness, such as offering refillable water stations, reflects a broader consciousness toward sustainability-something that resonates deeply with my passion for wildlife conservation. For those seeking an accessible base in Chiang Mai, this hotel marries convenience with an authentic taste of the city, making it a solid choice for both nature enthusiasts and urban explorers.
